| Some day we discovered skiing. Since, we do it every year, 2x 1 week. This is really great fun! The first time on ski's was around 1990. We learned it on a outside skitrack at Hoofddorp here in Holland. Since, we have been to places like Bichelbach, Kirchberg (3x), Grünau (4x), Winterberg and Val Thorens(3x). Of those mentioned I can recommend Val Thorens for the great skitrack. But Osterreich has also good snow, very friendly people, good afterski and beautifull surroundings. In 1996 we have been to to Grünau im Almtal (Austria), Winterberg (Germany) and Val Thorens (Trois Vallee, France). In 1997 and 1998 we visited the same places and for 1999, well, again the same places. You know what you get and if you have fun, why changing? Besides skiing Kim also bought a pair of fun carves but for normal skiing he prefers his normal skies. Since september 1995 we are seriously working on our technique by taken weekly a one hour lesson at the Indoor Ski Almere here in town. From september till april is about 30 weeks to practice. Besides we (hope) to learn something, it is also fun and good for our condition. Here are some action pictures taken at the Indoor Ski Almere.  | ||
